Data Collection Scope
SoftDesk is a local desktop software management tool. Software scan data, usage statistics, and workflow configurations are stored in a local SQLite database and are not uploaded to any server.
Cloud Sync
Cloud sync is an optional feature that uses Supabase for encrypted transport. When enabled, software lists, favorites, and workflows sync to your account for cross-device access. Synced data does not contain sensitive personal information.
Website Analytics
This website (soft-desk-landing.pages.dev) uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for traffic analysis. No analytics scripts are loaded until you grant analytics permission. You can revoke permission at any time.
Cookie Usage
This website uses cookies to store your analytics consent preference. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or advertising.
AI Classification
The AI software classification feature makes API requests through your configured AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) locally. Software names and descriptions are sent to the AI provider for classification but are not stored on their servers.
Third-Party Services
This application involves the following third-party services: GitHub (release downloads), Supabase (optional cloud sync), Google Analytics (website analytics), Microsoft Clarity (heatmap analysis). Each service has its own privacy policy.
Data Deletion
You can clear local data at any time through the in-app settings. To delete cloud-synced data, log in to your Supabase account management. Uninstalling the app automatically clears local data.
